The Full House opening theme is very kickass... There’s a very fun, upbeat, radiant, uplifting quality to it... don’t you think? Very 90s. I love that song. If I saw that, I’d want to watch that show too. Sucks that most shows nowadays don’t even have opening themes... fricking-squeezing-each-minute-for-

One thing though – why does Stamos get top-billing in the credits? With family sitcoms, it’s usually the patriarch that gets the first nod. Cliff Huxtable. Carl Winslow. Ward Cleaver. So it’s strange that we get Full House... Starring John Stamos. Shouldn’t it be Saget as he’s the father in the household? I don’t get it. Was Stamos some big star in the late 80s? I actually think the breakout star of Full House (well Olsen twins aside) was Saget, not Stamos... though I’m not sure whether Saget’s name-recognition is more owing to his America’s Funniest Home Videos fame. Stamos is C-list. Saget’s a solid B.
Watch his stand-up. Saget is a filthy filthy comedian. Can’t believe they let him around these kids. Won’t see Danny Tanner in the same light again.
