BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU

After watching the news tonight, I am very skeptical of our world. I use to think, that stupid uneducated people, only came to No-Frills, to which they would express, the meaning of stupidity in the world but now I am no longer sure. Tonight I learned that the Canadian gov’t wants to increase the amount of security cameras.

Now, let me explain why this is stupid. First, who is going to pay for these useless pieces of garbage? You and I, through are tax paying dollars? Of coarse! Second, why are people so stupid enough to believe that, cameras are beneficial? What good is a camera going to do to prevent some fucked up individual from lashing out on society and to blow something up? Face it, Canada is not going to be attacked nor is the TTC!!!! Lets imagine ourselves as a suicide bomber, what good is blowing up Canada going to do? Nothing, because its not going to happen. Come on people, there is nothing for a terrorist to gain, by attacking Canada. What would be the point???

Hell we are a nation of immigrants, most of us here are from other parts of the world, parts of which the world doesn’t care about. How many of you would of heard of the nation of Malta if it were not through one of my rants? Another thing that pisses me off, is Tony Blair wants to deport, anyone suspected of a terrorist off England?? I am not supporting terrorism in any way, but come on, we are letting the fucking terrorists win! This is what they want, this only fuels them even more, they want the West to create these stupid polices which in turn make the general public even more paranoid. Canada is now producing a list to stop those suspected of being a terrorist from boarding a plane, how far will are paranoia take us?

For god sakes people, the same shit happened 60 years ago, how could we forget the days when society was paranoid of Communists? The West, targeted many and jailed countless, simply on the premise that one was in league with the evil Soviet Union! When can we stop being paranoid of radicals? My guess is never, so, I am sad to say this, but I am tired of stupid people running our planet. Can’t you see that this is all one big plot??? First we as the west are sacrificing our civil liberties, over a paranoia over terrorism, the same paranoia that fueled the fear over Communism.

Look at the bigger picture here people, We are safe!!! Hell you have a greater chance of being killed by some act of randomness then you do by a terrorist. Life if is way to short, to worry about such things. Look at the price of Oil, it goes up, and here we are like dumb motherfuckers and we say, “gosh, oil is going up, it must be those terrorists! Hmm, Lets waste even more of our money on cameras, because they will give me magical protection from terrorists! Please people, relax everything is going to be ok. Afterall the Soviet Union did collapse, and at that moment in time weren’t we not at peace?

My message is this: BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU. Everyday we are throwing more and more of our rights away, and in the end we are the ones being screwed over. I will not stand for this any longer. I am thinking for running for FEDS next year. I wish to unify us the students, so that we can take back our society from these old white and bald motherfuckers, who think they can scare us into believing that the sky is falling.

There is my rant for the month.

If you don't know who this "Big Brother" is, it has nothing to do with the crappy reality tv show that shares the name, read George Orwell's 1984, and you will see the similarity of the novel's setting to that of our society.
